We just LOVE this idea and are honored to have the heavily commended local Brisbane celebrity chef Mario Alfieri from the Dining Room in house to teach us some heavenly recipes for authentic Italian Cuisine. Mario has a special relationship with Breakas Beach Resort as he has been a Guest Chef in our resort on and off for over five years. He has created some extraordinary combinations in our kitchen using only the freshest and locally sourced organic produce in Vanuatu. One New Years Eve he delivered an exquisite degustation menu that folk still talk about today. Mario has a very intimate knowledge of our property and is revered by the local kitchen staff. They completely adore him as he has been THE mentor of our team for many years. We are delighted to present the first culinary cooking class tour in Port Vila and look forward to providing you with a fabulous holiday in foodie heaven.

Mario will begin the sojourn with a tour of the Local Produce Markets and share his intimate knowledge of Melanesian culinary culture. Showcasing the seasonal flavors of the South Pacific you can enjoy the expertise of Mario Alfieri sharing his techniques on Pasta Making and signature Italian sauces. Participate in the innovative secret recipes created by Mario when you join the cooking classes. We are very excited to have such a master at work with Breakas Beach Resort.
