THE BEACH CAFE - A New Addition to OPEN in DECEMBER 2011
With spectacular views to Port Vila's best surfing beach, the latest
addition to our fabulous dining collection is the very cool, feet in the
sand offering for the more relaxed lunch or dinner. We excitedly present
THE BEACH CAFE which allows holiday-makers to partake in a more
casual dining experience. To die for French pastries, Gourmet Hamburgers,
salty fish and chips, and crunchy toasted sandwiches will keep hunger
pangs at bay while viewing the odd kite surfer flipping through the air
directly in front of you. The divine smell of freshly ground coffee will
ensure you spend a few leisurely hours ensconced in THE BEACH CAFE
carefully planning your next holiday adventure. As the sun sets over the
ocean THE BEACH CAFE will transform into an exotic tribal feasting
ground where traditional warriors will claim back their ancient lands and
present a stellar Melanesian Cultural Performance. You may even be tempted
by the local drink KAVA to help you ease into the laid back atmosphere.

Roy Ernst is now working his magic to create the best dining experience
for our Guests at Breakas Beach Resort. Roy is redefining our service
delivery and bringing the best to our tables that Vanuatu has to offer.
With the most rigorous sourcing of organic produce the restaurants can
supply incredibly fresh and wholesome foods to the table. From locally
sourced seafood to home grown Vanuatu Beef, and fruit and vegetables from
neighboring villages; Roy works closely with suppliers to provide
outstanding produce. Roy is also developing a future calendar of celebrity
chefs and cooking classes which will be available to our guests. Please
